Classical Pilates mat exercises are performed on a non-slip yoga or Pilates mat. To add variety and challenge each exercise, props are sometimes used
in private training and group classes. Pilates props can include an elastic exercise band, foam roller(s), Pilates small or pinkie ball, Pilates Magic Circle,
handheld weights, and stability ball. Pilates matwork can accommodate all levels of fitness from the beginner to the most elite athlete.
